Returns and Exchanges
We get it... sometimes things don’t fit quite right, or you change your mind. No biggie.
You’ve got 7 days from delivery to return or exchange your gear, as long as it’s unworn, unwashed, and still looking fresh (tags and original packaging included, please). Keep that receipt or proof of purchase handy too.
To kick things off, just email us at info@toviarlo.com. We’ll review your request and send over some friendly instructions. Just don’t send anything back without checking in first... we’re not accepting mystery parcels. And just a heads-up, the cost of shipping for returns will need to be covered by you.
Exchanges? Easy. If it’s just a size swap for the same item, we’ve got you. Want to try something new? Cool, but we’ll have to settle up if there’s a price difference.
Oh, and just so we’re clear, Final Sale gear is non-returnable. If it’s marked Final Sale, it really means final. No take-backs.
